We are developing orientation materials for newly hired faculty and staff at Adler University for foundational training in Adlerian history and philosophy. We are also developing an approach to provide the same overview to first-year students in all programs.
We provide training on Adlerian approaches to human development, organizational development, human communities, counseling and psychotherapy, and teaching to faculty and staff. In addition, we offer regular training to professionals in the Chicago area, Vancouver area, and online on Adlerian approaches through live and web-based seminars.
